About Ann Ashford

My property management experience dates back to 1995. I began by managing two apartment buildings, with 11 units, that were owned by my family. My husband and I now own our own rental properties and I am very familiar with all steps in the rental process. From finding a tenant to taking tenants to small claims court, I’m passionate about helping property owners navigate the complexities of rental management with ease and confidence.
