I’m known for creativity, innovation, quick problem-solving, and consistent performance. I strive to maintain understanding and knowledge of evolving WA landlord-tenant regulations while maintaining strong operational standards and delivering excellent results for owners and residents.
My experience includes subsidized housing program coordination, delinquency prevention and recovery, rehab/turn project management oversight, third-party and vendor coordination, and hands-on maintenance troubleshooting. My goal is to maintain asset’s stability, compliant, and performing at their highest potential — while ensuring owners and residents feel supported and respected.
