About Matt Tuell

I’ve been providing property management services in the Seattle area and throughout Washington for 15 years. Before joining Lori Gill & Associates, I held leadership roles in multi-family apartment management, where I developed expertise in achieving ownership goals and maximizing property values. I’m also skilled in navigating Washington’s complex landlord-tenant laws.

My focus on customer service and understanding of the local market helps ease the stress of property ownership. You can count on me and the Lori Gill & Associates team to always prioritize your investment.

A Seattle native and University of Washington graduate, I live in North Seattle with my family. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, coaching youth basketball, and staying informed on real estate trend.
