I have a very difficult case and situation, and Josh has showed so much care so much kindness and has put so much time and effort in making it all work for the best for me. We toured a home in Washington while living in New York and ended up moving in last summer. We have rented at various high-end condos, luxury apartments, and townhomes for the last 15 years, all over the country. The service we’ve received at LG&A exceeds our experience with any other property management companies. We were nervous about committing to a rental without being in person but the team has been transparent and helpful every time we contact them. Tony and Erin Strobel have been extremely pleasant to work with the last 9 months and we trust that they will respond to any questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. They are proactive and extremely professional and we plan to rent through LG&A even beyond our current lease. We have rented out previous homes we’ve owned and I know the challenges from the homeowner perspective as well—I would definitely consider using LG&A as a homeowner planning to lease out a home in Washington.
