Attempts to capture your client
LGA is proud to offer referrals to brokers when you send us a rental property client. Our standard referral fee is $250, with higher fees paid for luxury homes leasing at $10,000/mo or more. For every referral you send to LGA, in addition to our referral fee, we will enter your name into a drawing for a $1,000 gift card to your choice of Apple, Amazon, or the Bellevue Collection!
Aside from referral fees, however, is the assurance that your client will be redirected back to you at the end of our management cycle. LGA has never conducted buyer or seller transactions, and we make no attempt to “capture” your client for their future sales business. Our goal is to hand them right back to you when the time comes to sell the property, or if they are looking at investing in other properties.
Fees are paid for the referral of rental property owners upon the successful execution of a lease agreement. If you would like to send a tenant referral our way, we would direct them to our search page to browse available listings, or discuss a paid relocation tour with one of our leasing agents (referral fees are only paid for property owner client referrals, not tenants).
