December 20, 2013: As part of our holiday giving this season, Windermere Property Management/Lori Gill & Associates donated $5,000 to the YouthCare Orion Center in downtown Seattle. Currently, the Stranger publication is sponsoring a drive for YouthCare with a goal to raise $100,000 this holiday season and we were honored to participate via our donation from the Windermere Fountation. The Stranger has set up a contest between fans of local music groups Pearl Jam and Macklemore to see whose fans can raise the most money. We split our donation in the name of each group with $2,500 each. Operations Manager Cory Brewer visited the Orion Center this morning to take a tour of the facility with members of their staff and present the gifts in person and what do you know, it was a room full of Pearl Jam fans.
