Kiffin Chu

For as long as I can remember, even before I knew what the term “Real Estate” meant, I have had a passion for homes and people. I recall seeing signs for open houses as a kid and begging my mom to go, even when it was obvious we could not afford those homes. Having been a resident of Seattle for the past 16 years (I’ve lived in Lynnwood, Shoreline, and the University District), I am proud to call this city my long term home. I also attended college here at the University of Washington and majored in Business Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance.

I truly unlocked my passion for real estate when I joined the Lori Gill & Associates family in April of 2018. Through this position, I discovered that I could make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find a place to call home. There is no better feeling than to open a door to a house and see your clients fall in love with their future residence. Whether you are from out of town, starting a new job, or moving to a new school district for your kids, I would love to assist you in finding that special place where you can form lasting memories.
